How do I use Mail Troubleshooter in WHM?

WHM has a function that allows you to troubleshoot an email issue, the Mail Troubleshooter tool.

 

This feature traces an email's route from your server to a specified address in order to highlight any issues along the delivery path.


 

Step 1

Log into your WHM.


 

Step 2

Locate the Email Section. Click on the Mail Troubleshooter icon.

 


 

Step 3

Enter the email address you wish to trace, and click the Submit button. A trace map will be listed and to help you navigate through it a Map Legend is provided at the bottom of the page.
