If you no longer require your service, you will need to submit a cancellation request within your client portal. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it here.
We cannot accept cancellation requests by any other method, such as telephone or support ticket.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you have a copy of all your data before you submit a cancellation request. We are unable to store data or backups beyond the cancellation date. If in doubt please contact our support team before you submit a cancellation request.

Step 1
Once logged into the account, click on the Services tab and then My Services.

Step 2
Select the active button (under the Status column) on the service you wish to cancel.

Step 3
On the left-hand side, you will see the Actions section, click on Request Cancellation. Alternatively, click the red Request Cancellation button.

Step 4
Follow the on-screen steps to either cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
Important
If you cannot see the cancellation request option, you will need to contact the primary email address that we have on file for the account to update the permissions.
If you wish to rescind this cancellation request, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Partial refunds are not possible for the early termination of monthly services.
