If you no longer require your service, you will need to submit a cancellation request within your [client portal] (If you cannot remember your password, there is a [password reset link]).
Step 1
Once logged into the account, click on the Services tab and then My Services.
Step 2
Select the active button (under the Status column) on the service you wish to cancel.
Step 3
On the left-hand side, you will see the Actions section, click on Request Cancellation. Alternatively, click the red Request Cancellation button.
Step 4
Follow the on-screen steps to either cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
Important
If you cannot see the cancellation request option, you will need to contact the primary email address that we have on file for the account to update the permissions.
If you wish to rescind this cancellation request, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Partial refunds are not possible for the early termination of monthly services.
