Why does my invoice address not match my primary account details?

   

Have you recently updated your primary account information but the latest invoice does not show the correct details?

 

You can easily update your billing contact details within the [client portal] (If you cannot remember your password, there is a [password reset link]).


 

Step 1

Once you have logged into your account, you will see the Your info section on the left-hand side, with the option to click Update.

 


 

Step 2

You will see the Default Billing contact section. 

 


 

Step 3

Click on the dropdown tab for Default Billing contact and depending on your account you will see multiple contacts listed here.

 

If you go back to the Contacts section you will be able to find the current contact details shown on the invoice.

 


 

Step 4

Select the required Billing Contact. If you updated the primary account details then please select Default.

 

 

Please note: This will automatically change the invoice address on all invoices.
