Support request guidelines
In order to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible we ask you to provide as much detail as you can when submitting a ticket.
- Only one issue per ticket.
- Mention the specific issues you are facing e.g cPanel, domain registrations, email etc.
- Include any error messages.
- Explain step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
- A screenshot if necessary.
- Include when the problem first occurred and if any changing were made prior to the issue.
This will allow us to understand the situation quickly and help provide an effective and fast resolution.
