If you have credit on your account and wish to see the current balance, you can check this within the [client portal] (If you cannot remember your password, there is a [password reset link]).
Step 1 - Viewing the account credit
Once you have logged into your account, you will see the Notifications tab on the top right-hand side.

Click on the Notifications tab to view the credit balance.
Please note, account credits are accumulated from the following:
- Over-payments made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
- SLA Credits.
- Package downgrades.
Step 3 - Applying the account credit
If you already have an invoice in the unpaid status, you will need to manually add the credit to the invoice. Click on the Invoices section on the homepage.
Click on the Unpaid button and this will bring up the individual invoice. Click Apply Credit.
Please Note: If you have credit on the account and the next invoice has not been generated yet, it will be automatically applied to the invoice for you.
