The time it takes for a domain transfer to complete, depends on the type of domain.
.UK Domain Names
Once you've changed the IPS TAG on the domain name to PROSTACK from the losing registrar. This will instantly complete the transfer and you'll be able to manage your domain within your Client Portal.

.COM, .NET, or other global Domain Names
For .COM, .NET, or other global domain names once ProStack has received the domain transfer request from the registrant, the losing registrar has up to 7 days to accept or reject the transfer. Once the request has been accepted, the domain transfer will be complete within the 7 day waiting period.
