The digital experts at Lionhouse have been developing websites for brands across the world since 2001. And, throughout that time, they’ve worked with a range of hosting providers to make sure these websites not only look beautiful, but run beautifully too.
In 2022, most of Lionhouse’s servers were hosted by AWS. Although reliable, these hosting services were unmanaged – putting the responsibility of administration, security, and more onto Managing Director, Dan Yeo’s, already stacked plate.

Migrating Lionhouse from AWS to Cito
We jumped into action as soon as Lionhouse brought us on board, quickly and efficiently migrating its cloud servers from AWS to our own server platform, ProStack Cito.
So that we didn’t disrupt Dan and the team, we took full control of the migration. This meant setting up the test servers, moving Lionhouse’s sites across, and giving the team a chance to review everything before they closed the connection with AWS.
A fully managed solution with always-on support
We continue to provide hands-on help to Lionhouse, so that they can deliver a better service to their customers. For instance, we’re available 24/7 to fix any server issues they run into. Plus, we provide self-serve resources that empower Dan and the team to tackle challenges in-house whenever they prefer.
Sometimes, it’s unclear whether a site issue stems from its development or its server. That’s why we also liaise directly with Lionhouse’s dev experts, so that we can get to the bottom of the issue – and fix it – without Dan needing to be the go-between.

It’s an exciting time to be Lionhouse’s fully managed hosting partner. The team has some great projects in the works – from Mighty Sighty to Mission Pebble – and need robust servers to handle all the traffic coming their way!
