What we did
Liquorice approached Prostack needing to address major hosting stability issues with a key customer’s website. During high interest matches and at other times throughout the cricket season around major news releases, traffic levels spiked beyond what the existing high specced VPS could handle and the site would become slow to navigate. For a major professional sports team, this was just not acceptable.
Using a copy of the website, Prostack engineers tested application performance, simulating visitor traffic under the realistic conditions including the traffic surges before migrating the service to a new, fully optimised, dedicated server. Before/after tests demonstrated considerable improvement to speed and capacity.
