As we enter the festive season, ProStack will have in place a Change Freeze over the Christmas holidays.
This year’s change freeze starts at 5pm on Friday 16th December 2022 until 9am Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
To prioritise stability throughout a critical period for many of our customers there will be no maintenance, upgrades, or migration work carried out, except by prior arrangements in emergency situations.
If you are an existing ProStack customer, make sure to get in touch with the team in advance of the Change Freeze for any migrations or new services in December.
What is a Change Freeze?
The Change Freeze will mean that, except by prior arrangement in emergencies:
- ProStack will not carry out any new customer deployments or migration work.
- ProStack will not carry out any non-emergency maintenance, upgrades or changes to our infrastructure.
Contacting our technical support team
It’s vital to note that our team will continue to provide round-the-clock support via our helpdesk throughout the Christmas period. We would like to assure our customers we will continue to provide the same high standards during the Change Freeze and there will be no changes to response times on helpdesk tickets and service alerts.
