With the holiday season just around the corner, ProStack will once again implement a Christmas Change Freeze to ensure stability and reliability during this crucial time.
This year’s change freeze will take place from 5 pm on Friday 13th December 2024 to 9 am on Monday 6th January 2025.
What Does the Change Freeze Mean?
During this period, we’ll pause specific technical activities, such as planned maintenance, upgrades, and migrations, to maintain a seamless experience for our customers. Exceptions will be made only for emergencies arranged in advance.
For existing ProStack customers planning migrations or new services in December, we encourage you to reach out to our team well ahead of time to discuss your needs.
Here’s what the Change Freeze entails:
- No new customer deployments or migration work will take place.
- Non-emergency maintenance, upgrades, or infrastructure changes will be on hold.
Technical Support during the Change Freeze
While some operations will pause, our technical support team will remain fully operational. We will continue offering 24/7 support via our helpdesk, ensuring our response times, service quality, and ticket handling remain unaffected throughout the holiday period.
