How often do you take backups?

By default, our software takes one daily backup of your sites/server. These backups are saved on a 7-day rolling basis, meaning we keep 7 copies of your data, going back one week.

These backups include all site files, databases, and email data, allowing you to restore anything from a single file to an entire server.

Take a look at our website for more information about our backups. Alternatively, read our blog post which discusses our backup policy and how you can do your own testing of your backups.

Cloud and Dedicated server customers can benefit from custom retention policies if required - please contact support to discuss your needs. Note that additional charges may apply for this.
