Any email correspondence sent by the ProStack team is logged within the client portal. This includes ticket replies, Invoice reminders and any general communication sent by ProStack.
You can view your email history within the [client portal] (If you cannot remember your password, there is a [password reset link]).
Step 1
Once logged in, click on the Hello, [Your Name]! tab, and then from the drop-down click on Email History.
Step 2
Here you will find your email history with us. You can filter the date sent or search for a specific email within the search bar.
